Being a carshare host is hard work.

It isn’t easy to just get away for a few days of rest, relaxation, and fun. But CarShare Nation is going to give you a great excuse to escape the work for a few days with our Meetup at Sea.

Join CarShare Nation founder William Huffhine and a bunch of hosts from around the country on a 3-day cruise to the Bahamas leaving Friday, October 13th, 2023.

Our only agenda is to relax and have fun together!

We've secured a group discount on cruise fare, onboard credit to spend on the ship, and an additional bonus $50/cabin onboard credit for CarShare Academy members, bringing the total onboard-credit to $100 for members. There are inside, ocean view, and balcony cabins available ranging from $458 to $718 per-person (double occupancy).

We'll sail aboard the Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas out of Miami with a day in Nassau and a day at Royal Caribbean’s private island, CocoCay.

Space is limited, and this is an invitation-only event.

If you’d like to join us, don’t wait too long to reserve your cabin. We have a limited number of cabins available at special group rates. We may be able to add more to the group when these are filled, but they may be at higher rates as we get closer to sailing.

If we’re going to all spend a long weekend on a ship and island together, we want to make sure that everyone in the group is someone we want to spend time with. Let’s face it, there are some folks out in the host community who tend to be negative, toxic, and not someone you’d like to be stuck on a ship or island with! That’s why we’ve made this an invitation-only event.
