Two Free Webinars: Truly Passive Income, Paying Less in Damage Deductibles
Can you believe we’re about to close out the first quarter of 2023 already? We’re going to wrap it up with two free webinars in March.
How to Create a Truly Passive Turo Business
Thursday, March 16th at 8pm Eastern
Everyone wants passive income, right? Turo is a platform, like Airbnb, but for vehicles, that will allow you to earn income by letting other people drive your vehicle.
Turo is not a passive income business.
With every booking you have to clean the car, prep the car, document its condition, maybe deliver it, check in your guests, inspect it when it returns, and deal with any damage that may have occurred. You also have to take care of maintenance appointments, mechanical repairs, and work with your body shop if it's damaged. If you're doing this with a whole fleet of vehicles, it can quickly become a full-time job.
The only way to earn passive income from Turo is to provide the vehicles, but let someone else do all of the work.
But this is risky. First, finding someone you can trust with your very expensive asset is fraught with peril. There are a lot of horror stories out there. Secondly, profit margins are thin when you're paying someone else to manage the vehicle for you, so buying your cars properly, and entering into management agreements that still leave you with most of the revenue are essential.
Despite the hurdles, it is possible to earn a truly passive income with your vehicles on Turo.
In this webinar we're going to provide you with an overview of the Turo business model. We'll talk about how to obtain the right kind of vehicles, purchased at the right price. And we'll discuss in great detail how to position your vehicles in the right city, with a team on the ground that you can trust.
How to Earn More and Pay Less in Damage Deductibles
Thursday, March 23rd, at 8pm Eastern
Turo hosts hate damage deductibles. They crash our bottom line, and all too often, the fear of higher deductibles keeps us on lower paying protection plans.
Turo has four protection plans from which every Turo host must choose. Each protection plan pays you a different percentage of the earnings from each booked trip, and exposes you to a different damage deductible, that you are responsible for, when your vehicle is damaged by a guest. The larger your earnings percentage, the larger your deductible if the vehicle is damaged.
Most hosts stay on lower-paying plans.
To avoid the possibility of paying up to a $2,500 damage deductible, a lot of hosts choose to keep their vehicles on lower-paying plans, leaving money on the table, while shielding themselves from a large deductible.
There is a better, win/win solution.
In this webinar we're going to introduce you to a way to have your damage claim deductibles reimbursed back to you, which will give you the peace of mind to move your vehicles to a higher paying protection plan, without the worry of a large out-of-pocket expense.
