A few bullet points, cute emojis, prohibitions, and warnings about fees and fines are not going to make you stand out from the other thousands of vehicles. In fact, your description, if poorly written, will send them right back to the search results to keep scrolling.

A lot of hosts get stuck here for a few reasons. They don’t know what to say. They don’t know how to say it. They aren’t writers, so they drop in a few sentences and hope for the best.
