This has been a big, and busy year for me. Last spring I pivoted (almost) completely away from the carshare space and completed the lengthy process of opening Quantum Franchise Group. A few months in I already have 319 people (as of today) I’m connected with to explore franchise opportunities with several deals in progress.
Now that I have my research, legal, funding, and IT teams in place, I’m ready to significantly expand our reach through building a network of referral partners and creating opportunities to earn truly passive income. And we’re not talking about pocket change! I’m sending this to you, specifically, because I know you’re the entrepreneurial type always on the hunt for ways to generate passive income!
Let's explain what this is about and how it works.
But first, an introduction. Quantum Franchise Group is a franchise brokerage/consulting firm representing over 800 franchise companies across 39 industries. Just as a real estate broker helps people find the perfect home, we help aspiring business owners find the perfect franchise opportunity with an established, reputable company.
We, and the companies we represent, are members in good standing of the Franchise Brokers Association.
The companies we represent are all regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and legally registered in the states where they operate. Quantum Franchise Group holds certification in Federal Trade Commission compliance.
How You'll Earn Passive Income
Our central activity hub, with opportunity listings, referral fees, updates and activity is our private Facebook group. You can join the group here.
We all love passive income, and it's very easy to earn here. Not necessarily quick, but easy! A few times each week we'll post a specific franchise opportunity, with details about the opportunity, and the available referral fee. The minimum referral fee will always be $500, but most will be several thousand dollars.
When you see an opportunity, and know someone who would be an amazing candidate, you'll submit their contact information through the form linked in each post. That's it! We'll then begin the process of working with that candidate to hopefully lead them to becoming a franchise owner. And when they do, you'll be paid your referral fee.
How You'll Track Progress
Each time your candidate moves a step forward in the process, we'll post a comment under the opportunity post you referred them for about the movement, tagging you in the comment. The typical franchise ownership process takes 3-6 months. Sometimes it's quicker, sometimes it takes longer.
If you’re an overachiever, an active referral partner with multiple candidates in progress, you’ll be added to a weekly reporting system which will provide you with more detail about your candidates and where they are in the progress.
Our Progress So Far
The company is about three months old and we already have over $200,000 in referral fees in the pipeline from my activity alone with candidates who are moving through the process of becoming franchise owners. A few are only a couple steps away from the finish line. One deal alone that is right on the cusp of closing with multiple territories in California would have resulted in a referral fee of $10,000 for someone like you, had you referred them!
