We all hope that call or text never comes, from a guest telling us that our vehicle has been damaged.

The truth is, that if you’re a host on Turo long-term, you’re going to get that call. Or, you’re going to get to your vehicle to check it back in, and find damage that your guest didn’t tell you about. They just dropped the vehicle and ran.
